Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the IHM Tech website (https://ihmtech.com) and any of its associated POS software and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Use of the Service

  • You must use our services legally and ethically.

  • Any fraudulent, illegal, or hacking-related activity is strictly prohibited.

  • Users are allowed to maintain only one account. Duplicate or fake accounts may be suspended.


2. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current account information.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

  • Any actions taken through your account are your sole responsibility.


3. Subscription, Fees & Refund Policy

  • Subscription plans and pricing will be clearly stated.

  • All payments are non-refundable, except in proven cases of a technical error by IHM Tech.

  • If a subscription expires, access to services may be temporarily suspended until renewal.


4. Taxes & Charges

  • Taxes may be applied depending on your country or region.

  • Applicable VAT/GST charges will be shown in the final invoice.


5. Software License and Ownership

  • All POS software and services are the property of IHM Tech.

  • You receive a license to use, not to copy, resell, or redistribute.

  • Reverse engineering, redistribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.


6. Data Privacy & Security

  • We are committed to protecting your personal and business data.

  • Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

  • We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required.


7. Ownership of Uploaded Data

  • You retain full ownership of all data you upload (e.g., sales, invoices, customer info).

  • You can export your data anytime using the built-in tools.


8. Account Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time.

  • If you violate the Terms, your access may be suspended or permanently terminated without notice.


9. Technical Support

  • For technical support, contact us via email at support@ihmtech.com or via WhatsApp.

  • Support hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM (IST)


10. Feature Updates & Modifications

  • IHM Tech reserves the right to modify, enhance, or remove features at any time.

  • Major updates will be notified via email or on your dashboard.


11. Version Management

  • Clients will be notified when new software versions are released.

  • Some updates may be offered as paid upgrades.


12. Local (Sri Lanka) Customer Terms

  • Sri Lankan customers can access support via our local partner.

  • We aim to respond to support requests within 48 hours.


13. Service Limitations

  • Free plans may come with usage restrictions (e.g., limited items or transactions).

  • Premium/Unlimited plans offer full feature access.


14. Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

  • In case of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before taking legal action.
